- Whole milk450 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- In the mold with a scoop, put the sugar and water and bring to a low boil, and let it boil until it turns into a very yellow syrup/caramel.
- In the blender place the eggs and beat for 5 minutes.
- Add the milk and condensed milk and beat again.
- Transfer the mixture from the blender to the already caramelized form.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the Airfryer for 40 minutes at 180°C.
- Time may vary depending on the Airfryer model. The point of pudding is when you put a knife in and it comes out clean.
