- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Whole milk2 can(s)
- Crystal sugar for the syrup1 cup
- Filtered water1/2 cup
- Blend all ingredients (except water and sugar) in a blender until well blended, for +/- 5 minutes.
- Make a syrup with the sugar and water (it can be made in a pan and have it in the mold or make it directly in the mold) to the point you want, remembering that the darker it gets, the more bitter it is too. Have it in the shape with a hole in the middle and wait 1/2 minutes, then put the pudding preparation.
- Take it to the oven in a bain-marie for at least 50 minutes, remove from the oven, let it cool and after cold take it to the fridge, preferably overnight, then just uninform and serve. Tip: if the syrup gets stuck in the mold, just pass it on the stove flame so it melts a little. Tip²: when baking, put aluminum foil in the pudding mold.
