- Butter185 g
- Refined sugar250 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour94 g
- Salt3 g
- Cocoa powder45 g
- Milk chocolate80 g
- White chocolate80 g

- Melt the roughly chopped semi-sweet chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie
- Mix the sugar (sifted) with the eggs (sifted) and beat until a whitish cream forms.
- Add the melted dark chocolate and butter to the egg and sugar mixture.
- Add the salt (sifted), wheat flour (sifted) and cocoa powder (sifted)
- Roughly chop the white and milk chocolates and incorporate into the dough
- Pour the mixture into a greased medium pan (with butter and flour or baking paper)
- If necessary, add cookies, chocolate pieces or other decorative items
- Oven
- Preheat the oven for 30’ to 180°C, with the shelf in the middle part and the lower and upper heating elements activated
- Bake for approximately 30', until a crust forms
