- Vanilla Essence2 teaspoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon

- In a refractory, gather the first 4 ingredients, knead until it unglued from your hands.
- Line a mold with a false bottom or small molds, suitable for tartelette.
- Bake in the oven until golden. Approximately 15mts, remove from the oven and let cool.
- For the filling: in a pan, place the sieved egg yolks, sugar and vanilla, stir well until a very creamy porridge is released from the bottom of the pan.
- Cut the fruit the way you prefer, set aside.
- After the dough has cooled, put the cream and decorate with the fruits. ENJOY!!
