- Fresh cream125 ml
- Butter15 g
- Dark chocolate250 g
- Salt to taste
- Cocoa powder1/2 to taste
- Add the cream to a pan, before it starts to boil, turn off and mix the semisweet chocolate and butter until everything is homogeneous.
- Put in the fridge for 2 hours
- Then make small balls and pass them in cocoa.
