- Sugar (I used demerara)1 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Sour cream (I used a box)200 ml
- Wheat flour (sifted)2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche or dulce de leche with chocolate (I used the brand Itambé)1 can(s)
- In a bowl: place the eggs, butter and sugar. Beat a lot with a whisk or mixer, until you get a very homogeneous cream.
- Then add the cream and mix some more. Add the wheat flour little by little and mix. Lastly, the yeast.
- All mixed: place in a greased shape. Then add the spoonfuls of the candy in the dough, as shown in the photo.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- Attention: it must be unmolded while still hot.
- A cake to make your boot water. Delicious!
