- Condensed milk (1 can)395 g
- Sour cream (1 box)200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Semi-sweet chocolate (bar)200 g
- Special granules200 g
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, place the condensed milk, the cream and the butter and cook over medium/low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the chopped chocolate and cook for another 5 to 10 min. until it starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a greased container and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the dough. Let cool at room temperature.
- Grease your hands and roll the dough. Then finish by passing through the special granules.
