- Recipe
- Panettone or Chocotone (I used Italia Mia)400 g
- Chocolate 70%100 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- Chocolate 60%100 g
- Nuts to decorate to taste
- Start by removing the paper around the panettone.
- Cut the lid off the panettone and make a hole in the middle.
- Melt the 70% chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- When well melted, add 100 ml of cream and mix well until smooth, set aside
- Melt the 60% chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds
- When well melted, mix with 100 ml of cream until smooth.
- Place this 60% chocolate truffle in the hole you made in the panettone (it will be the filling)
- Close with the panettone lid and cover with the 70% chocolate truffle
- With a spatula, place the truffle around the entire panettone.
- Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Decorate with the nuts 🎄
- Serve then 😋🎄 great option for Christmas Eve 🎄🎅
