- Milk or semisweet chocolate eggshell120 g
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Pasteurized cream1 unit(s)
- Rum or cocoa liqueur or brandy10 ml
- Chocolate Chips to decorate to taste
- Melt the milk chocolate (200g) in the microwave every 30 seconds and when it is well melted add the cream and rum and stir well until smooth and creamy
- Expect to cool down completely and stuff your chocolate egg shells with this truffle, put plenty of stuffing 😉
- Finish with the chocolate drops or chocolate zest or chocolate sprinkles 😉
