- Semisweet chocolate or blend300 g
- Nutella Hazelnut Cream200 g
- Sour cream 17% fat or more100 g
- Use a Chocotone from the brand of your choice
- Place the chocolate in a bain-marie until completely melted.
- Add the hazelnut cream then the milk cream
- Cut the top part of the Chocotone (lid) then make a hole in the middle, removing the core
- Throw the stuffing inside the Chocotone and close with the core, spread some of the stuffing on the lid that you removed and place it again over the Chocotone.
- Spread a lot of pure hazelnut cream over the Chocotone, and decorate with chocolate confetti, truffles, bonbons or brigadeiros.
- Suggestion: Serve cold with a scoop of ice cream.
