- Water1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Margarine with salt2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- sugar2 tablespoon
- Unleavened Wheat Flour2 cup
- Refined sugar to taste
- cinnamon to taste
- In a pan add water, milk, margarine, salt, sugar and bring to a boil.
- As soon as it boils, add all the wheat flour and stir the dough over low heat for another minute.
- Let the dough cool down a bit. With it still warm, knead until you get a smooth dough.
- Make rolls by "rubbing" the dough between your hands, with a thickness of approximately 1 finger. Finish the modeling by making a double-ended braid.
- Fry three at a time in very hot oil so that it does not swell or soak in oil.
- Pass in a mixture of refined sugar and cinnamon and eat with the filling you prefer.
