- • Crush the cookies. Mix the melted butter until you get a wet crumb. Forre the bottom and sides in a form with removable background, take it to bake for 10 min in the oven at 180°C. • In a pan, melt the sugar over low heat until it forms a caramel. Add the condensed milk and mix constantly. After all the sugar has dissolved, add the cream. Mix well until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. Reserve . • In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate with the butter. Reserve. • When everything is ready, pour the filling into the mold and refrigerate until firm. Add the chocolate frosting and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
