- Cornstarch400 g
- Unsalted butter200 g
- condensed milk395 g
- refined sugar1 cup
- Sour cream400 g
- Dark chocolate150 g
- Sour cream150 g
- Grind the biscuit with the butter in the food processor and place on the bottom and sides of a 22cm round mold with a removable bottom. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, melt the sugar until it forms a caramel, add the cream and condensed milk and cook stirring constantly until a homogeneous cream is formed. Place over the pie base.
- Melt the chocolate with the cream. Cover the pie and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Unmold and decorate with pieces of Twix chocolate and if desired, make some scratches with caramel sauce.
