- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs3 g
- Oil1 cup
- Water banana or silver12 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- Make a syrup with 1 cup of sugar and 300 ml of water, pour it in a 30 cm shape and then slice the bananas in layers not too thick on top of the syrup or vice versa.
- Beat the wet ingredients together with 6 bananas for 5 min in the blender, then pour into a bowl and add the wheat flour, cinnamon and baking powder, beating everything lightly.
- Pour all the dough in the shape with the syrup and bananas, take it to the oven for 40 min at 180° wait to cool and turn it on a cake base.
