- Fresh cream250 ml
- Milk50 ml
- Colorless gelatin (leaves)2 unit(s)
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar50 g
- Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of water and set aside. In a small saucepan, combine the cream, milk and/or sugar and vanilla.
- Place over medium/low heat and cook until the sugar dissolves without letting it boil. Remove from heat, let cool a little, drain the gelatine water well and add to the cream. Completely dilute the gelatin, stirring well to incorporate.
- With a ladle, fill the molds and take it to the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
