- Oat flakes30 g
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Sweetener to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Banana1 unit(s)
- Vanilla Whey or Milk Powder20 g
- In a bowl, mix the egg, white, oatmeal, vanilla essence and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Pour into a skillet greased with butter and when released, turn the side.
- Fill with chopped banana, cinnamon and whey cream.
- For the whey cream, just dilute the whey with a little water or milk, just enough to give the consistency of cream (no need to heat it). About 4 tablespoons of liquid is enough.
