- Plant milk (I used Alternativ)1/2 cup
- Coconut milk (bottle)200 ml
- Refined sugar3/4 cup
- Finely grated coconut3/4 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Crystal sugar and cloves or coarsely grated coconut to taste
- In a pan, place the milk, refined sugar, finely grated coconut and starch. Mix well with the heat off.
- I turned on the fire at a medium temperature and stir well, without stopping until the ingredients become a softness that completely detaches from the pan. (15 to 20 min).
- Place in a shallow dish and spread out to cool faster.
- Once the mixture has cooled, roll it up and roll it in granulated sugar or coarsely grated coconut.
