- White rice200 g
- plant milk640 g
- Vegan condensed milk400 g
- Mineral water240 g
- Refined sugar60 g
- Vanilla1/2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon raw2 unit(s)
- Salt2 g
- Crystal sugar to caramelize200 g
- Put all the ingredients in the pan, except the condensed milk. Turn the heat to medium-high heat and mix.
- As soon as it boils, place the fire on low temperature and put the lid on, leaving the pan semi-covered for approximately 15 min.
- Uncover, add the condensed milk, stir to incorporate well and leave on the fire for another 5 minutes.
- Place the rice pudding in jars and preferably take it to the fridge to cool, but you can skip this step if you want to eat it quickly ;)
- Add approximately 25g of granulated sugar to each pot and caramelize with a blowtorch when serving. Good rice pudding!
