- Vegetable drink400 ml
- 70% cocoa chocolate chips100 g
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Dates50 g
- Peruvian Maca (optional)1/2 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Heat the vegetable drink and pour it over the chocolate chips, so that it melts and is incorporated into the liquid.
- Meanwhile, place the dates in hot water to hydrate.
- With the melted chocolate, pour all the ingredients into the blender and beat well until you get a smooth cream. (remember to remove the pits from the dates).
- If you prefer the drink very hot, reheat it in a pan or in the microwave.
- When serving, it is suggested to melt a little chocolate in the back and sides of the glass.
