- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- Margarine or Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Crack the eggs and separate the whites in a bowl and the yolk in another bowl.
- In the container with the whites, use a mixer to beat the whites until they are snow and set aside.
- In the bowl with the yolks, place the margarine or butter and the sugar and beat until smooth.
- Add the wheat flour and the yeast and then slowly add the milk and mix well with a spoon or mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Put the snow of the white in the dough and mix with the ladle slowly until everything is homogenized.
- In a shape of your choice, spread margarine all over the inside of the shape to grease, then put some wheat flour and shake until it passes through the entire area with margarine.
- Put the cake dough in the greased shape and take it to the preheated oven.
- The point of the cake is when you prick the cake with a fork or toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Tip, don't keep opening the oven while baking the cake, this will knead the cake.
