- Wheat flour with yeast3 cup
- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Milk1/5 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Colorful chocolate sprinkles to taste
- In a mixer or bowl mix the sugar 3 tablespoons of margarine, the eggs and beat for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the wheat flour and milk, and beat again until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Then grease a shape with margarine and wheat flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
- After golden, check with a toothpick if the cake is ready, if the toothpick comes out clean, it's ready.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
- Then, in a pan, mix the milk cream and chocolate powder well.
- Then add a spoon of margarine and condensed milk.
- Bring to a boil (on low heat) stirring constantly until it thickens and starts to boil.
- Then remove from heat and pour still hot over the cake.
- Wait for it to cool down a bit and then pour the chocolate sprinkles over the syrup.
- It is important to only add the chocolate sprinkles after the syrup has cooled down a bit so that the coloring does not come out of the confectionery and stain the syrup.
