- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- Butter to taste
- In a mixer, combine the eggs, milk, oil and sugar.
- Beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the wheat flour little by little and continue beating until it is uniform.
- Add the yeast and mix gently with a spatula.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan or baking dish.
- Bake at 200°C for at least 30 minutes.
- Pierce the cake with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
- This recipe is the base dough for several cakes. You can add chocolate, vanilla essence and other flavors to your taste.
