- milk1 cup
- baking powder1 teaspoon
- Whip the egg whites and set aside
- In another bowl, beat the yolks and milk.
- Then add the sugar and beat again until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Lower the mixer speed and gradually add the flour.
- Turn off the mixer and place the snow whites in the dough and mix gently.
- Add the baking powder and mix again
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured hole shape
- Place the form in the oven and let it bake for 30 to 40 minutes and remove from the oven.
