- Mashed manioc150 g
- Coconut Milk Powder150 g
- White chocolate75 g
- Toasted Almonds30 g
- White chocolate for dipping to taste
- grated coconut to taste
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Remove the bowl from the bain-marie and add the warm cassava puree (it should be very smooth) and stir well so that it becomes a homogeneous cream.
- Add the coconut milk powder to give it more consistency and mix very well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from refrigeration, take a small portion and with the palm of your hand open the dough, indented with an almond, close, roll well, bathe in melted white chocolate and then roll in grated coconut and refrigerate.
