- Wheat flour120 g
- Melted butter80 g
- Chopped white chocolate50 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Sugar80 g
- Blueberry100 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- In a bowl mix all the wet, the egg, vanilla and melted butter. Mix well and add the almond flour, wheat flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix with the help of a spatula. Add the bicarbonate, the chopped white chocolate and the blueberries, stir gently to incorporate all the ingredients. Place the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make balls with the dough of 30 grams each. Place the balls on the baking sheet with a space of three fingers apart to place the other. With the help of a spoon, knead the top of each ball to make it flatter and in the shape of a cookie. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for eight minutes. And it's ready!
