- White chocolate400 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Pistachio1/2 cup
- Cranberry1/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Line a square shape about 20 cm in diameter with plastic pvc film. Leaving an excess on the sides to cover the candy. Grease with butter and set aside. Mix pistachio and cranberry. Reserve Melt chocolate in double boiler. Reserve. Slightly heat the condensed milk and Add to the melted chocolate and mix well. Add half of the cranberry-pistachio mixture and the lemon zest, stir until well incorporated. Pour the candy into the mold, hit it with the back of a spoon and sprinkle the rest of the pistachio with cranberry. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Take 15 minutes before unmoulding. Carefully remove the plastic wrap. Transfer to a refractory and keep in the fridge until serving time. 😋😋😋
