White Chocolate Truffles with Lemongrass Tea

Modo de Preparo  da Infusão:

Em uma panela acrescente o creme de leite e o capim limão e aqueça .Assim que o creme de leite aquecer retire a panela do fogo e tampe ela e deixe ela tampada por mais 2 minutos ( vai fazer o processo de infusão do chá com o creme de leite).

Assim que o creme de leite que estava na panela esfriar ,retire o creme de leite da panela e coe as folhas do chá deixando somente o creme de leite e reserve.


Infusion Preparation Method:

In a pan, add the cream and lemon grass and heat. As soon as the cream heats up, remove the pan from the heat and cover it and leave it covered for another 2 minutes (it will make the process of infusing the tea with the cream of milk).

As soon as the cream that was in the pan cools, remove the cream from the pan and strain the tea leaves leaving only the cream and set aside.


Modo de Preparo da Trufa:

Em um recipiente coloque o chocolate Branco e leve para derreter no microondas .Assim que o chocolate Branco derreter acrescente o creme de leite frio que já passou pelo processo de infusão misturando bem até que vire uma massa mais consistente.Tampe a massa da trufa com um plástico filme e leve para geladeira por 4 horas ou até que a massa da trufa fique firme.

Retire a massa da trufa de dentro da geladeira e com o auxílio das mãos faça  pequenas bolinhas .


Truffle Preparation:

Place the white chocolate in a container and melt it in the microwave. As soon as the white chocolate has melted, add the cold cream that has already undergone the infusion process, mixing well until it becomes a more consistent mass. Cover the truffle mass with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or until the truffle dough is firm.

Remove the truffle dough from the fridge and with the help of your hands make small balls.
