- Whole milk200 ml
- Strawberry cut in half or in pieces10 unit(s)
- Milk powder1.1/2 cup
- In the blender place the cream, condensed milk, whole milk, grated coconut and powdered milk, beat everything lightly. Add the cream and beat everything very well until homogenized.
- Transfer to an ice cream container and place in the freezer until it starts to freeze slightly.
- Transfer to a stand mixer (if it has frozen too much, use a spoon to soften the dough), beat everything until it thickens, approximately 10 minutes.
- Transfer half the dough to a pudding mold, no need to grease.
- Add half of the strawberries, add the rest of the batter and add the rest of the strawberries on top.
- Cover the shape with plastic film and take it to the freezer until it turns into ice cream.
