- Milk500 ml
- Coconut Milk500 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Sugar for syrup1 cup
- Strawberry Tray1 unit(s)
- Water1 cup
- After adding all the ingredients, stir until it thickens and let it cook. After that turn the manjar in a container and take it to the fridge for 1 hrs.
- For the syrup, add the sugar and chopped/whole strawberry and half a glass of water in a pan over medium heat, let it cook until it forms a syrup, then let it cool and put it in the fridge.
- After the manjar and calada are cold, unmold and put the syrup on top. Ready to serve your delicacy!!
