- Wheat germ50 g
- Oat bran100 g
- Brown sugar100 g
- Mix of dried fruits and nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, peanuts, coconut, plums, raisins, apricots)200 g
- cockatiel or silver banana4 unit(s)
- Eggs at room temperature4 unit(s)
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Coconut or sunflower oil1/4 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Grease a round pan with a hole in the middle, square or round pan with a removable bottom! Size and humidity may vary depending on the shape chosen! Then separate the dry ingredients into a bowl (germ and bran, sugar, dried fruits and nuts and the yeast), set aside! In the blender, beat the bananas, eggs, coconut milk and oil until a homogeneous cream is formed. Mix the dry ingredients well with the cream, place in the mold and bake for about 45 minutes! Do the toothpick test! When it comes out clean, remove the cake from the pan and let it cool. Unmold and can serve with a topping of your choice or without topping! Definitely a wonderful and healthy cake for any time of day! Enjoy
