- Whole wheat2 cup
- Skimmed milk200 ml
- Sunflower Oil1/2 cup
- Demerara sugar2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon

- Cut the bananas into slices and set aside.
- Place 1 cup of demerara sugar in the bottom of the roast and take it to the low fire to caramelize, spreading throughout the space and set aside.
- Mix the dough ingredients, adding the yeast last.
- Arrange the sliced bananas under the cooled caramel sauce and cover with the cake batter.
- In this recipe, the cake is baked in reverse and the bananas are on the bottom.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After roasting, unmold immediately as it makes it easier with the syrup still hot.
