- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Grated medium carrots3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Whole wheat flour10 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Blend the first 5 ingredients in a blender, adding the carrots little by little.
- Then, turn the mixture into a bowl and add the salt and sifted flour little by little.
- Mix the yeast well, then add the egg whites, mixing slowly from bottom to top to incorporate as much air into the dough as possible.
- Turn in a greased shape (oil is flour) and take it to the preheated oven 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until completely baked.
