- Oil of your choice1 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Oat flour2 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Salt, Nutmeg and Raisins to taste
- Chemical Yeast Powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to around 200°C
- After cleaning the apples, peel them, remove the seeds, cut them into medium cubes and reserve the skins.
- In a blender, beat the shells with the eggs and the oil until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- Then add the sugar and beat a little more until it dissolves as much as possible.
- Then, place the cream from the blender in a bowl with the other dry ingredients (except the yeast) and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the yeast last and finally the diced apples and raisins to taste. Mix throughout the dough
- Grease a tray with cinnamon and flour, arrange the dough and bake in a preheated oven for around 40 minutes.
