- Butter2 tablespoon
- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- White wheat flour1 cup
- Brown sugar1.5 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt0.5 coffee spoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, butter and brown sugar.
- Gradually add the flour, cocoa and water. Interspersing the ingredients. Let beat until smooth.
- Add the pinch of salt and the yeast. Mix well.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Tip: for a moist cake, drizzle with coconut water and cover with your favorite topping. In the photo I used: 1 cup of skimmed milk. 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. 1 tablespoon of brown sugar I took it to the fire until it thickens!
