- Whole wheat flour2.5 cup
- Coconut water2 cup
- Honey1 cup
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Vanilla essence2 teaspoon
- Ginger Powder0.5 teaspoon
- Clove powder (optional)0.5 coffee spoon
- Nutmeg (optional)1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Chocolate 60% or more120 g
- Light cream2 tablespoon
- Vanilla or Chocolate Whey20 g
- In a bowl, mix the flour, coconut water, honey, cocoa powder, spices, baking powder and bicarbonate, until a very homogeneous mass.
- Pour the dough into a medium shape, greased and floured. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).
- Place the chopped chocolate bar in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, until the chocolate melts. When it is well melted, add the whey diluted in 4 tablespoons of water (in consistency of cream), the milk cream and mix well.
- Unmold the cake and poke holes with a fork. Pour the topping and spread it evenly.
