- Whole wheat2.5 cup
- Honey1 cup
- Water2 cup
- Clove powder1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Ginger Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Half bitter shock200 g
- Light Dulce de Leche200 g
- Mix the ingredients for the dough and pour into cupcake molds, preferably silicone.
- Bake for about 30min at 180 degrees
- Melt the chocolate and cover the cookies after baking.
- Cut in half to fill with the dulce de leche.
