- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Whole wheat2 cup
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- grated coconut1/2 cup
- Beat the eggs, oil, coconut milk and chopped raw potato in a blender.
- Pour into a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 35 min at 180 degrees
