- Red wine4 cup

- Water6 cup
- Place the sago in a dish with the water and let it soak for 15 minutes.
- Then drain the sago water and put it to boil for about 10 to 15 minutes with just water, always stirring.
- Given these 15 minutes or so when some pellets start to turn transparent
- Pour the contents of the pan into a colander and wash them to remove the resulting cooking slime.
- While it is draining, put the wine, sugar and a cup of water in the pan.
- When it starts to boil, add the sago and wait for another 15 minutes to cook, until all the balls are transparent.
- Place in a container and let cool.
