- Cow's milk2 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Chocolate8 tablespoon
- Wheat flour10 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Box of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- In a bowl or mixer, add the eggs and beat.
- Add 1 cup of cow's milk and oil and mix.
- Add the sugar and mix.
- Then the chocolate and mix.
- The flour and mix well.
- To finish the dough, add the yeast and stir enough to mix the yeast with the dough.
- Grease and sprinkle sugar in a 22 cm hole in the middle.
- Add the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the dough is completely baked (Take the toothpick test).
- For the syrup: in a pan add the condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of chocolate milk, 1 cup of cow's milk and the butter or margarine.
- Mix well.
- Cook over medium heat, always stirring so it doesn't burn, as soon as it boils, turn off the heat and set aside.
- (Chef's tip: being careful not to burn yourself, unmold the cake while it's still hot and cover with the hot syrup, it's wonderful, super wet).
- Enjoy your food.
