  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1.5 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Orange pear4 unit(s)
  • Baking Powder1 unit(s)
  • condensed milk1/2 can(s)
  • Coconut milk1/2 cup
  • Milk2 cup
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  • Aluminum foil1 unit(s)
  1. Squeeze the oranges and reserve the juice.
  2. In the mixer or with a wire whisk, beat the eggs, margarine and sugar until it becomes a very fluffy cream.
  3. Gradually add wheat flour and orange juice. Mix well.
  4. Put the baking soda and mix. Pour the dough into a greased and floured rectangular shape.
  5. Take to preheated oven at 200°, for about 40 minutes, or until golden.
  6. Mix condensed milk, coconut milk and milk in a bowl.
  7. Cut the cake into squares.
  8. Place a piece of the cake in the center of a rectangle of aluminum foil, so that it overlaps the foil on the sides.
  9. With a spoon or small ladle, take a little of the mixture of the 3 milks and water the cake. Spread grated coconut and wrap the cake. Take it in the fridge for like 3 hours. The colder the better!!!!
  10. Tip: if you don't want to wrap the cake, just pour the mixture of the 3 milks on top of the cake in the mold, and sprinkle with the grated coconut!
