- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Orange pear4 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Aluminum foil1 unit(s)
- Squeeze the oranges and reserve the juice.
- In the mixer or with a wire whisk, beat the eggs, margarine and sugar until it becomes a very fluffy cream.
- Gradually add wheat flour and orange juice. Mix well.
- Put the baking soda and mix. Pour the dough into a greased and floured rectangular shape.
- Take to preheated oven at 200°, for about 40 minutes, or until golden.
- Mix condensed milk, coconut milk and milk in a bowl.
- Cut the cake into squares.
- Place a piece of the cake in the center of a rectangle of aluminum foil, so that it overlaps the foil on the sides.
- With a spoon or small ladle, take a little of the mixture of the 3 milks and water the cake. Spread grated coconut and wrap the cake. Take it in the fridge for like 3 hours. The colder the better!!!!
- Tip: if you don't want to wrap the cake, just pour the mixture of the 3 milks on top of the cake in the mold, and sprinkle with the grated coconut!
