- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Separate the whites from the yolks, reserve the whites.
- In a bowl, place the yolks, salt, and yogurt, mix well. Add the cornstarch and mix.
- Beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar and add the vanilla essence.
- Gently add the snow whites to the dough.
- Place in a mold and bake in the oven until golden.
