- Wheat flour2 cup
- Refined sugar1 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder2 teaspoon
- Ginger Powder1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Mix the liquids: eggs, oil and yogurt until smooth.
- Sift the flour and sugars over the liquid mixture. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add the yeast and spices and stir gently to incorporate.
- Transfer the dough to a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased with oil (or butter) and wheat flour and bake at 200° for 35 minutes (do the toothpick test).
- Wait 30 minutes to unmold and you're done!
