- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Wheat2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Oil for greasing to taste
- Sugar and Cinnamon for greasing to taste
- Frozen dulce de leche6 tablespoon
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the flour, baking powder and dulce de leche.
- Place the mixture in a bowl, add the flour and mix until smooth. Add the yeast and mix lightly.
- Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the dough into the form, put the frozen dulce de leche in the middle and pour the rest of the dough.
- Place in oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden. Let cool and unmold
- If you are going to eat the next day, heat the slice for 10 seconds in the microwave to eat a fresh cake with melting dulce de leche.
