- Raspberry Jelly1 unit(s)
- Plain yogurt1 cup
- Skimmed Milk Powder5 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
- Boiling water250 ml
- Dissolve the gelatine in 250ml of boiling water.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Pour the mixture into glass jars or bowls.
- Take it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
- You can unmold or not!
- Tip: serve with a blackberry compote that you have here on my profile. It's perfect: light and sweet just right.
