- Natural yogurt1 cup
- Passion Fruit Pulp1 unit(s)
- medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast Powder1 tablespoon
- preheat the oven to medium temperature
- in a blender, crush the pure passion fruit pulp. strain and reserve
- Peel the carrot and cut into slices. Reserve
- in the blender, add the passion fruit pulp, eggs, yogurt, carrot and crush until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- after forming a cream, add the sugar and crush for another 2 minutes until it is diluted as much as possible and forms a thicker homogeneous cream.
- In a bowl, add the cream from the blender and the flour, mixing until a homogeneous mass is formed (the smell will already be wonderful! Trust me!)
- add the yeast at the end and stir more until it mixes as much as possible
- Place in a preheated oven on medium heat and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
