- Butter60 g
- Cream cheese400 g
- Greek Yogurt220 g
- Fresh cream1 can(s)
- Red berries to taste
- Strawberry Jelly1 unit(s)
- Sugar3 dessert spoon
- Grind the biscuit until it turns into crumbs, add the already melted butter, mix by hand.
- Transfer these farofa to a removable bottom mold until all the farofa is spread out.
- Bake over low heat, approximately 10 minutes.
- For the filling
- Beat Cream cheese in the mixer for five minutes, add the yogurt and continue beating until incorporated, mix the sugar and set aside.
- In another container, beat the cream until it becomes whipped cream, then mix the creams and set aside.
- Mounting Spread the white cream on the dough and take it to freeze for 5 hours.
- To the roof Dissolve gelatin in half a cup of water.
- Spread the gelatin over the cream and add the fruits of your choice and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
- Our dessert is ready and just serve.
