- Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- Gelatin (flavor of your choice)2 unit(s)
- 1st STAGE
- Beat the condensed milk, the cream and the natural yogurt in the blender for 3 minutes.
- Dilute the unflavored gelatin in 3/4 cup of water and add to a blender. hit well
- Grease a hole shape with oil, pour the cream and take it to the fridge for 3 hours
- 2nd STAGE
- Dilute the 2 fridge boxes of the flavor you chose in 500 ml of water
- Remove the cream from the fridge and pour the flavored fridge. go back to the fridge
- After it is firm, pass a spatula on the sides of the form and unmold.
- Serve next and bon appetit!!!!!
