- Whole Grain Yogurt3 unit(s)
- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Syrup - blackberries without the stalk3 cup
- Syrup - sugar2 cup
- Syrup - lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Pudding: Dissolve the gelatin as directed by the manufacturer, and blend everything in a blender. Pour in greased shape with oil and take it to freeze for 4 hours.
- blackberry syrup Preparation: Bring everything to a low heat, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick, for approximately 30 minutes. Take it to the fridge.
- After 4 hours, unmold the pudding and cover with the syrup.
