- Plain yogurt2.5 cup
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Colorless unflavored gelatin powder (envelope)2 unit(s)
- Water10 tablespoon
- Fresh cream1.5 cup
- For the syrup: Williams Pear2 unit(s)
- Honey6 tablespoon
- Nutmeg and black pepper to taste
- Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon
- Butter1.5 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Mint leaves1 tablespoon
- For the yogurt pudding: In the bowl of a mixer, mix the sugar and the cold cream and beat until light whipped cream
- In another bowl put the water and gradually add the gelatin powder, stirring constantly. Microwave for 30 seconds to dissolve the gelatin.
- Gradually add the yogurt to the gelatin pot, stirring constantly. Add the yogurt to the whipped cream and mix gently, making circular movements from bottom to top.
- Moisten the pudding mold (preferably silicone) and transfer the cream. Take to freeze for approximately 4 hours in the fridge.
- For the pear syrup Wash and cut the pear into small cubes. Heat a frying pan and melt the butter in it. Add the browned pear over high heat so it doesn't melt.
- Turn off the heat and add the honey, spices and lemon zest. Let it cool and serve over the yogurt pudding, decorating with the mint leaves.
