- Brown rice flour1.1/2 tablespoon
- Pura Vida Sweetener Powder1 coffee spoon
- Extra Virgin Coconut Oil1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chemical Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut Sugar to taste
- In two cupcake silicone molds, I put some banana slices and a little coconut sugar on top, set aside;
- In a bowl, crush the banana, mix with the egg, brown rice flour, a pinch of salt, coconut oil and powdered sweetener, mix well and add the yeast;
- Put the dough in the silicone molds and take it to the oven or airfryer at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
